When will my product be shipped? All shipments will be made EVERY TUESDAY. The goal is for you to receive your order before the end of the week
What if I didn't receive my product? We are not responsible for any product shipping delays or lost products. Use your tracking number to contact your local post office. You will need to file a claim with USPS. Please make sure that your Address is correct.
Do Spicy Bowls need to be refrigerated? No, our Spicy Bowls do not require refrigeration due to the natural preservatives in the vinegar-based brine. The acidity helps keep the ingredients fresh. If you prefer a chilled spicy bowl, you can refrigerate for your personal preference.
Is there a local pick-up option? Pick up option is available. I am located in Arlington, Tx 76016. Once you have placed your order, pick up address will be provided.
Is there a non-pork meat option? Currently meat options do contain pork, we are working to provide a pickled beef sausage option. At this time, you can enjoy our veggie bowl, that still provides the same great flavor!
Can I customize my Spicy Bowl? Sure! If you would like to omit any of the ingredients please specify in the notes option when you initially place your order.
Is the Spice level adjustable? Most Definitely! If you would like your Spicy bowl milder or hotter please specify in the notes.
My product arrived damaged? Always Prestige LLC takes great care in packaging our Spicy Bowls to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
